Park Access
If you are a property owner in need of a fob/key card for park access, please contact Rich Thompson at 253-921-0588 to set-up an appointment to pick up your keys.
All keys must be picked up in person, and you must provide Rich with proof of identification.
(No keys will be submitted to homeowners through the mail)
In order to receive a key card and boat parking decal your annual dues must be current, including payment of back dues and related finance charges. If you lose your key card, the replacement fee is $25 for first time, $50 for second, and $75 for all subsequent replacements.
Lost key cards will be deactivated.
