Clubhouse Rental

Available to IIMC Members in GOOD standing, which means members must be current on their dues/assessments to rent the clubhouse.

The rental charge is $150, and a $150 security deposit is required.

Arrangements to rent the clubhouse can be made by filling out the clubhouse rental request form.

The clubhouse is only rented once per week. Interested parties need to request the rental with ample notice.

Clubhouse comes with

7 - 5ft. picnic tables and accompanying benches,
1 - 7ft folding table,
1 - 4ft square folding table, and
75 folding chairs. Full sized kitchen.
